A man, like a watch, is to be valued by this manner of going . I assume that you are familiar with William Penn s remark. The watch is crucial for every individual, because it tells the time by moving constantly. It is obvious that a man is of little value if he fail to act like a watch.

William Penn s remark aims at informing us of the significance of taking actions. We can not emphasize the importance of actions too much. Action will enable us to achieve our objectives more smoothly and realize their dreams more rapidly. The more action we take, the more likely we are to accumulate experience, master skills and get close to our destination. To further demonstrate the importance of A, I would like to take a famous Chinese fable story as a case in point.
