怎么用英语作自我介绍？英文面试你一定会遇到的问题
自我介绍是找工作面试时经常遇到的一个环节。下面两种说法经常被面试官用来请你做自我介绍：
"Tell me about yourself."
"Now, walk me through your background."
我们应该把这个自我介绍当作是一个机会。态度决定行为。如果你以一个积极的态度来面对这件事情，你其实可以掌握一定的主动权。
那具体从战术层面来讲，自我介绍应该怎么做？
一般来说，你需要先问自己这三个问题：
1. Who are you? 你是谁？
具体来说，who you are professionally，从职业层面来讲，你是谁？
下面是几种说法示例：
1.应届生 fresh graduate
I recently graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Applied Linguistics.
我近期毕业于悉尼大学应用语言学专业。
2.MBA，有一定工作经验
I’m a recent Fudan MBA graduate with a strong background in the automotive industry.
我近期毕业于复旦大学MBA，并在汽车行业有很丰富的工作经验。
3.职场老鸟
I’m an experienced HR executive who has managed all aspects of the HR function from recruiting to training to benefits.
我是个有丰富工作经验的HR主管，曾负责人事的各方面工作，包括招聘、培训和公司福利。
4.如果你现在工作的公司很有名，也可以用下面这种说法，但注意不要显得太傲慢
I’m currently working for XX (company name) as XX (current role).
我目前在XX公司从事XX工作。
e.g. I’m currently working for Google as a Global Supply Chain Manager.
2. Why are you qualified? 你为什么能胜任？
这里最好挖掘出2-4个要点，可以是你的相关工作经历、你的技能、或曾取得的成果。
举例如下：
1.应届生，无工作经验，可强调学术背景
I recently graduated from University X with a degree in International Business. While there, I studies subjects like corporate communication, international economics, and more. I was also part of the student union, and maintained a GPA of 3.6.
I’ve worked hard in my education and now I’m ready to apply my knowledge into practice. While I don’t have any real-life work experience, I’ve had a lot of exposure to the business environment. A lot of my courses involved working with Fortune 500 companies to solve problems like marketing their brands in different cultures.

2.应届生，且有工作/实习经历
I’m a fresh graduate of X University. I studied Human Resources Management because I really enjoy working with people and I’m fascinated with the role of people in the operating of businesses.
While in school, I undertook an internship at X Company where I worked with their recruitment team and helped with the interview of candidates for engineer roles. I came to understand the value that recruiters create and how they help ensure a company always hires the best talent.

3.职场老鸟
1)
I spent the last six years developing my skills as a customer service manager for XX (previous company), where I won several performance awards and I’ve been promoted twice. I love managing teams and solving customer problems.
2)
Being an IT professional, I enjoy learning about the breakthrough in technology. I attended a professional workshop about “new technologies” last year, where I learned about a new tool in the market (mention the tool), and I used it in my last project (briefly mention the project).
3)
I have excellent interpersonal skills, which have helped me carry out the responsibility of leading the meetings with clients in my previous projects (briefly mention the project).
3. Why are you here? 你为什么来这里？
也就是你为什么选择这家公司？这个职位？这个部分希望达到的效果是”建立你和对方的相关性“，也可以体现出你有提前做过功课，尊重对方和自己的时间。
在面试的后面部分也会有更多与此相关的问题，所以这里只需简短带过，1-2句即可，显示出你对该公司及职位的热情。
举例如下：
1.应届生
I saw a job opportunity in your firm to be a Recruitment Assistant, and after doing my research, I saw that this is one of the best companies in the industry. I feel my experience and work ethic will make me a valuable contributor here.
2.职场老鸟
1）
Although I love my current role, I feel I’m now ready for a more challenging assignment and this position really excites me.
2）
After managing several successful projects in my current role, I found a new passion in leadership and mentorship. I also want to part of a company that contributes to the community, and I was so impressed by how XX (your company) organizes multiple volunteer events throughout the year.
【顺便夸对方】
3）
Looking forward, I’m seeking more leadership opportunities as I think it’s important to grow and be challenged.
最后，给大家3个tips:
1.准备多个版本。根据职位、场合提前准备不同版本的自我介绍。
2.一定要预演。并且在准备的时候，尽量用罗列要点的形式，而不是成段写好背下来，不然很容易忘记或卡壳，而且会有背诵的痕迹。Use bullet points 让你可以更灵活，根据情况随机应变。
3.面试之后要跟进。如果和对方一直通过邮件联系的话，面试之后可以发封邮件，向对方表达感谢。It was a pleasure meeting you. I appreciate your time today.
