My hometown Dalang is a famous “Basketball Town”. Everybody likes playing basketball here. I love playing basketball, too. It’s my favorite sport.

Every morning I go to play it in our school gym. My P.E teacher told me that playing basketball would make me tall and strong. Because I play basketball well. Now I am a member of our school basketball team. I play harder than before. My P.E teacher teaches me how to play it better. I made progress. I have my own way to play it. I had a long holiday for May Day .I was very happy, because I could do anything I want.

During those days. I enjoyed myself. At first, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then. I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. That was very interesting. Secondly I went for a trip with my parents, we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods. We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children. It was very exciting. After that, I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house. My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, we also took many photos on the party.

There are four seasons in a year. They are spring、summer、fall and winter.

I like spring. It is warm. It often rains. I can plant trees and flowers in spring. The spring is green.

Summer is very hot. I can swim in the river.

Winter is cold. I wish I can play snow and make a snowman in Beijing someday. Because it does not snow in Xinxing.
