Recently the phenomenon that lots of people loveto raise the dogs while neglecting the communications between the neighbors or relatives has aroused great concern and should be given enough consideration. This phenomenon of ignoring the human communications should be condemned severely or made illegal. Pet keeping is becoming an increasingly pervasive because a pet may be a companion for old people, a friend for young couples and a playing toy for children.
