2017考研英语临考必看：小作文标准信件要这样写！

考研写作小作文是一个格式大于内容的作文，一定要注意格式，保证绝对无误，甚至标点都不能点错哦!下面就跟跨考教育孟巍巍老师来学如何写出一篇标准信件吧!

一首先称呼

称呼 顶格写后面加逗号，正文部分开头缩进4个字符

??不认识的人，不知道是男是女： Dear Sir / Madam,机构/ To Whom It May Concern,不建议用

??认识但不熟悉的人：

Dear Mr. / Ms. / Dr. / Prof.后面的符号不能省 /Editor Smith,/加尊称

Dear editor,/ manager,/ professor,/dean/presidentDear teacher 不对加职位

??朋友： Dear Bob,

??一群人：Dear team/all, Dear /friend

很多好学的同学问为什么用Dear，其实这个词并不一定表示你和他非常亲近，只不过是非常专业的写法，也很有礼貌!

2、 期待回信与收信人人数有关，一对多的不期待回复

2I am looking forward to a favorable reply夸对方 at your earliest convenience. 公务

3Your prompt attention to this letter would be highly appreciated.

三落款 中间线以右左对齐可以不用区分公务信函和私人信函
