Graduates deciding to work at a large company believe that it provides systematic training so that employees can soon be competent to finish jobs. Also, large companies offer a clean, safe working environment with convenient transportation. On the other hand, those in favor of a small company think that it presents a quiet, more friendly working atmosphere because there are fewer colleagues. Besides, a small company may require employees to do almost all kinds of jobs possible, so their capacities can reach a high level.
When I graduate the next year, I think I will join a large company, because I have greater opportunities to attend high-level conferences and ceremonies that give me a glimpse into the direction of the industry. And I will also be required to try different positions, a precondition for promotion.

This idea can be analyzed in the following aspects. If a confident student lacks key evidence to support the arguments of his/her paper, instead of fabricating（编造/伪造） data, he/she will go to public libraries to search for what he/she wants. Then the student can finish the paper in time. Likewise, if a confident employee is assigned to handle a bitter customer complaint, he/she will manage to suggest a solution acceptable by both sides, rather than offer an unconditional compensation claimed by the customer.
