To become a goodEnglish speaker, the best and easiest way is to speak English in conversation alot. However unless you live in an English speaking country, or use Englishevery day at work. I think you don’t have any chance to speak English.
想要成为一个英语很好的人，最快最简单的方式就是用英语说很多的话。但是除非你生活在说英语的国家或者每天工作时都是用英语，不然你应该不会有太多的机会说英语
That is aproblem for lot of people. On the other hand, have many chances to speakEnglish. However they lack the confidence to make use of these chances.

这个方法就是“跟读法”
The idea behindshadowing is simple. You listen to some English and repeat it at the same time.It could be a conversation or it could be a monologue. It doesn’t matter.
这个方法很简单。找一段你喜欢的英文并且同时间跟着说出来。它可以是一段对话也可以是一段独白。都是可以的。
You’re listeningand you’re repeating at the same time. Now, this dose several things for you.
你同时听和复读，这样可以同时帮到你很多事。
The first thingthat it dose for you is it trains your ear to listen very carefully, to the waythat things are said, to the tone and the rhythm in which phrases are said andthe length and the number of pauses that are used in speech.
第一件事就是帮助你训练你的耳朵将你听到的东西都能非常仔细的听清楚。听清楚片语的音调和速度。还有在说话当中停顿的长度以及次数。
Because if youcan’t hear these things you can’t copy them so in order to copy them you haveto become very good at hearing them.
因为如果你没办法听懂这些东西，你就没办法跟着复读，为了能跟上，你必须会听这些重点。
The second thingthat it will do is it will really improve your pronunciation and your accent.
跟读法会妥善的改善的发音以及你的口音。
This is becauseyou will get so good at listening to the way that things are said, to thepronunciation, that you will be able to copy.
