中央党校教授王杰：中国哲学的时代魅力（中文/西班牙文/英文）

习近平总书记指出：“中华民族有着深厚文化传统，形成了富有特色的思想体系，体现了中国人几千年来积累的知识智慧和理性思辨。这是我国的独特优势。”中国哲学源远流长、博大精深，丰富多彩、思想深刻，它所关注和探讨的都是人类在生存过程中所遇到的和必须解决的一些不能回避和无法回避的大问题。尽管时代经历了巨大变迁，但中国哲学的思想和价值观依然是人们关注的焦点和热点问题，具有超越时空的价值和意义。
中国哲学的存在与发展既和全人类哲学的整体发展相关联，更与中华民族和中国社会发展的特殊形态相适应。中国是世界四大文明古国之一，早在三千多年前，我们的先哲就创立了独特的哲学思维模式。譬如，《周易》所体现出的辩证思维模式；先秦时期的诸子百家学说，标志着中华民族很早就进入了高度抽象的哲学思维阶段。与西方哲学、印度哲学相比，中国哲学不但毫不逊色，并且还保持着更旺盛的生命力，是生命之学、智慧之学，不但“源远”，而且“流长”，绵延数千年而未中断，生生不息、薪火相传，这在世界思想史上是绝无仅有的奇特现象。可以说，中国哲学是中国文化的精髓和活的灵魂，是中华文明智慧的集中体现。
中国哲学包括传统哲学、近代哲学和现代哲学，最能体现中国哲学基本特征和精神并对中国的社会、政治、教育、文化产生重大影响的是中国的传统哲学。学术界一般把公元前11世纪的殷周时期，也就是传说周文王推演《周易》的时期，到1840年鸦片战争以前的哲学称为传统哲学。中国传统哲学长达三千年，在整个中国文化系统中起着主导的地位和作用，中国传统的文学艺术、书法绘画、建筑雕刻、民间风俗、民族心理、审美方式、行为习惯等，无不受到传统哲学的熏陶和影响；中国人对自然宇宙的看法，对社会人生的态度，对生命存在价值和意义的反思，都是通过传统哲学加以反映、提升和总结的。
汉代以后，中国传统哲学在按照自身轨迹发展的同时，逐渐传播到了周边的国家和地区，如日本、朝鲜半岛、越南及东南亚等国，形成了以儒家伦理为核心的东亚文化圈。按照李光耀的说法，新加坡之所以成为“亚洲四小龙”之一，与其国民很早受儒家伦理价值观的影响不无关系。十七、十八世纪，中国传统哲学又突破东亚文化圈，通过汤若望、南怀仁、利玛窦等人的传播，东学西渐，远播欧洲，在欧洲社会形成了持续二百年的“中国热”。这股“中国热”，对整个欧洲大陆走向近代资本主义社会，对于法国的启蒙思想运动以及德国辩证法思想的形成和发展，都起到了十分积极的影响和推动作用，成为十八世纪欧洲启蒙思想家的重要学术资源。 当今，西方社会又一次表现出了对中国哲学的极大兴趣，世界各国把关注的目光再次转向了古老的东方，转向了中国的哲学和文化，转向了中国的孔子、老子，就是希望从中国哲学、中国文化中汲取丰富的智慧和养分，以达到解决世界性难题的目的。譬如，“天人合一”“以人为本”“协和万邦”等中国哲学智慧在这次抗击新冠肺炎疫情工作中都得到了鲜明体现，普通群众都能感同身受，从内心深处再一次强化了对中国文化的认同感。尤其是放在世界范围内来考量，更凸显出中国哲学的强大生命力。
有一句谚语说：“世界上的财富在犹太人的口袋里，世界上的智慧在中国人的脑袋里。”从根本上讲，中国哲学就是有着大用的人生智慧之学。冯友兰曾经说过：中国哲学必将大放异彩。历史上，中国哲学曾经领跑世界；新时代，中国哲学又走近了世界舞台中央。

Presidente Xi Jinping enfatizó: “China tiene un profundo cultura tradicional, que formula una sistema de piensa muy unica y encarna el conocimiento, la sabiduría y la especulación racional acumulada por los chinos durante miles de aos. Esta es la ventaja única de nuestro país.” La filosofía china tiene una larga historia, un amplio contenido, y un profundo pensamiento. Se enfoca y discute algunos problemas inevitables que los hombres encuentran y deben resolver en la vida. A pesar de enorme cambio del tiempo, los pensamientos y valores de la filosofía china siguen siendo el foco y los temas candentes de la atención, y tienen valor e importancia trascendido del tiempo y el espacio.
La existencia y el desarrollo de la filosofía china no solo están relacionados con el desarrollo de la filosofía general de toda la humanidad, sino que también se adaptan a la forma especial del desarrollo del país China y la sociedad china. China es una de las cuatro civilizaciones antiguas del mundo. Hace ya más de 3,000 aos, nuestros pioneros crearon un modo único de pensamiento filosófico. Por ejemplo, el modo de pensamiento dialéctico incorporado en "El libro de los cambios", y la teoría filosófica de las Cien Escuelas en el período anterior a Qin, marcó la entrada temprana de la nación china en la etapa del pensamiento filosófico altamente abstracto. Según Lee Kuan Yew, Singapur se ha convertido en uno de los "Tigres asiáticos" porque sus ciudadanos fueron influenciados por los valores éticos confucianos desde el principio. En los siglos XVII y XVIII, la filosofía tradicional china superó el círculo cultural del este asiático. Las personas normales pueden entender y fortalecer una vez más el sentido de identidad con la cultura china desde el fondo del corazón. Especialmente, comparado con otros países en el mundo, la poderosa vitalidad de la filosofía china se destaca.
Hay un proverbio: "La riqueza del mundo está en los bolsillos de los judíos, y la sabiduría del mundo está en la cabeza de los chinos". Fundamentalmente, la filosofía china es el estudio de la sabiduría de la vida con gran utilidad. Feng Youlan dijo una vez: la filosofía china está destinada a brillar. Históricamente, la filosofía china lideró el mundo una vez; en la nueva era, la filosofía china ha llegado al centro del escenario del mundo.

The Attraction of Chinese Philosophy

President Xi Jinping said :“China has profound traditional culture, which forms a distinctive system of thinking, showing the philosophy, knowledge and critical thinking of Chinese that accumulated since thousands years ago. It is an unique advantage of our nation.” Flowing in long history, expanding through extensive fields, Chinese philosophy has its variety, richness and depth, whose focus and discussion are all real problems that must be asked which men encounter through life. After a dramatic change during ages, though, the concept and value of Chinese philosophy are still what people concern and concentrate, which are worthy, transcending the limit of time and place.
The existence and development of Chinese philosophy are associated with not only the development of the philosophy of all men, but also with the specific form of development in China and its society. China is one of the four ancient civilization whose sage set up unique philosophy thinking pattern over 3000 years ago. For example, the critical thinking pattern demonstrated in Zhouyiand the theory of the ancient philosophers before Qin Dynasty symbolize China has reached into an extremely abstract philosophical thinking stage in a very early age. Compared with western and Indian philosophy, Chinese philosophy is not weaker but remaining more energy and vitality. This study of life and wisdom not only traces back to an early history, but also lasts long, continuing thousands of years from generation to generation without interrupt, which is an exceptional surprising phenomenon in the philosophy history of the world. It can be said that Chinese philosophy is the heart and living soul of Chinese wisdom.
Chinese philosophy includes traditional philosophy, modern philosophy and contemporary philosophy and the first one demonstrates most the basic characteristic of Chinese philosophy and has a great impact on Chinese society, politics, education, and culture. In academic field, the philosophy from BC 11 century (YinZhou period), when ZhouWenwang deducedZhouyi in the legend, to 1840 (the Opium War) is called the traditional philosophy. Chinese traditional philosophy lasted three thousand years, which plays an important part in the entire Chinese culture system: Chinese traditional literature, calligraphy and painting, architectural sculpture, folk culture, national psychology, aesthetic approach, manner and behaviour, etc, which are edified thoroughly by traditional philosophy; among Chinese, the opinion to nature and the universe, the attitude toward life and society, and the reflection to the value and meaning of being and existence, are all reflexed, promoted and summarized through traditional philosophy.
After Han Dynasty, at the meantime when Chinese traditional philosophy developed according to its own track, it began to spread gradually to neighboring countries and regions, such as Japan, Korea Peninsula, Vietnam, and many countries in southeast Asia, which formed an east Asian culture circle with a core of the Confucian Ethics. Based on the claim of Li Guangyao, one of the reason why Singapore became a member of “Four Asian Tigers” is related with the impact of its people who absorbed the value of the Confucian Ethics in a very early age. In the 17th and 18th century, Chinese traditional philosophy broke-through east Asian culture circle and expanded to Europe, preached by Johann Adam Schall von Bell, Ferdinand Verbiest, Mathew Ricci, etc, creating a 200 years “Chinese culture heat” in European society, as a critical academic resource to European Enlightenment thinkers in 18th century, which supported and gave a positive impact to the change of the Europe continent to modern capitalist society, French Enlightenment Movement and the formation and development of Dialectical Thought in Germany.
Nowadays, the western society is keen on Chinese philosophy again and the world hope to seek rich wisdom and experience from Chinese philosophy in order to solve universal problems through paying attention to the ancient orient, to the philosophy and culture in China, to Confucius and Lao Zi. For instance, “the harmony between nature and man”, “people-oriented”, “the peace of all nations”, these Chinese philosophical wisdom acts vividly in the combat against Covid-19, which all ordinary people can feel and develop the sense of belonging to Chinese culture one more time at the bottom of heart.Especially when it is considered and evaluated among the range of the whole world, the powerful vitality of Chinese philosophy stands out.
There is a saying: “the wealth of the world is in the pocket of Jews, and the wisdom of the world is in the mind of Chinese.”Basically, Chinese philosophy is the study of living wit with great use. Feng Youlan said that Chinese philosophy must shine perfectly. In the history, it has lead the world; in the new era, it approaches the center of the world stage again.
