使 用 说 明

一、 用途

水平仪主要用于检验各种机床及其它设备导轨的平直度,安装的水平位置和垂直位置的正确度等。

二、结构特点

该仪器主要有主体、主水准器、副水准器和零位调节装置组成,按其结构可分为可调式和固定式。其区别是:

可调式水平仪通过调节水准器来调整零位,零位调整灵活、方便。

固定式水平仪的主水准器与主体经校正零位后固定在一起,零位较稳定可靠。

三、 使用方法

测量时使水平仪工作面紧贴在被测表面,待气泡完全静止后方可进行读数。

水平仪上所标志的刻度示值是以一米为基长的倾斜值,如需测量长度为L的实际倾斜值,则可通过下式进行计算:

实际倾斜值=刻度示值×L×偏差格数

例如:刻度示值为0.02mm/m,L=200mm,偏差格数为2格。

则:实际倾斜值=0.02/1000×200×2=0.008mm

为避免由于水平仪零位不准而引起的测量差,因此在使用前必须对水平义的零位进行检查或调整。

四、 零位检查、调整方法

先将工作面擦干净,放在基础稳固、大致水平的平板上,待气泡稳定后,在一端(相对观测者而言)读数,且定为零。再将水平仪调转1800,仍放在平板原位置上,待气泡稳定后,仍在原来一端(左端)读数为a格(以前次零位读数为起点),则水平仪零位误差为a/2格。

有两种结构,两种调整方法。

当发现水平仪零位超差时,对可调式水平仪先将工作面擦干净,放在安置平稳的工作台上:第一种结构:将孔内的圆盖打开,用专用扳手轻微转动调节螺母(原理图如图一);第二种结构:调节120o支撑螺钉(原理图如图二)。待气泡静止后,记取读数,再将水平仪调转180o放在原来位置上,在同一边读数,当两次读数差不大于1/2格时,即已调整好,静放2~4小时以上,如无变化,将圆盖板盖上,即可使用。对于非规定调整的螺钉、螺母不得随意拧动,调整后螺母等件必须固紧。

固定式水平仪的零位调整可通过修研工作面进行,检验方法同上。

五、使用注意事项

1、 使用前,必须先将被测量面和水平仪的工作面擦洗干净。并进行零位检查。

2、 温度变化会使测量产生误差,使用时必须与热源和风源隔绝。如使用环境温度与保存环境温度不同,则需在使用环境中将水平仪置于平板上稳定2小时后方可使用。并尽量保持恒温。

3、 测量时必须待气泡完全静止后方可读数。

4、 读数时,应垂直观察,以免产生视差。

5、 使用完毕,应进行防锈处理,放置时,注意防震、防潮。

6、 水平仪在正确使用和保管的前提下,由于制造原因而产生的缺陷、故障,自出厂之日起半年期限内本厂负责免费修理、退换,但提出该项要求的产品必须结构完整、外表无损。

Ⅰ. Application

The Level is mainly used to check the straightness of the slide ways of all machine tools and other equipment and the correctness of horizontal and vertical installing positions.

Ⅱ. Structure and Feature

It mainly consists of main body bubble tube, sub-bubble tube and zero adjusting device also can separate into adjustable type and fixing type.

The adjustable type can adjust zero position that use Main bubble tube, To use this type is very easy and convenient.

After check the zero position of fixing type level, The main spirit level is fixed with the main body. zero position is stability and reliable.

Ⅲ. How to use

During measurement put the working surface of the level close to the surface to be tested. Wait till the bubble is stationary, than take the reading. The scale value shown by the level is the inclination on 1m. To measure the actual inclination of length L use the formula below:

Actual inclination = scale reading × L × number of deviating division.

For example: scale value = 0.02mm/m. L = 200mm.

Number of deviating division = 2 division

Actual inclination = 0.02/1000 × 200 × 2 = 0.008mm

To avoid the inaccuracy of the zero position of the level, which causes the error during measurement, the zero position of the level must be checked or adjusted before use.

Ⅳ. Check and adjust

First clean the working surface and place on stable platform, put the level on an approximately horizontal flat plate which should has a firm foundation. After the bubble is stationary set one end, for example, the left end (the observe facing the level) at zero. Make an 180o turn. Again put the level on the flat plate at the same position. After the bubble is stationary at the same end (left end) take a reading of “a” divisions (former zero reading as a starting point). Then the zero position error of the level is a/2 division.

Two adjusting method.

If the level is found not correct at zero, first clean the working surface and place on a stable platform:

⑴open the round cover plate in the hole and use a special spanner to lightly rotate the adjusting nut(See Drawing 1).

⑵adjust 120othe adjusting screws(See Drawing2).

When the air bubble is stable, remember the reading number; turn the level by 180o and place it back to its original position and observe again the reading. If the difference of the two readings is not over 1/2 line, it means the adjustment is correct, then put back the round cover plate and wait for 2-4 hours more. If there is no change, the level can be put into use. Do not turn the screw or not which is not intended for adjustment purpose. Tighten up the nut after the adjustment.

Polish working surface can help to adjust zero position of the fixing type level.

Ⅴ. Service Notice

⒈Before use, measuring surface and the working surface of the level must be cleaned. And check the zero position.

⒉Keep away from heat and wind sources when use. Temperature change can cause error in the measurement. When the temperature of measuring environment is different from the storage environment. Keep the level in the measuring environment for 2 hours before use.

⒊After being placed on the measuring surface, the reading can not be taken until the air bubble is stable.

⒋When taking reading, observation should be vertical so that to avoid viewing error.

⒌After use antirust treatment should be carried on and storage shock roof and damp roof needing attention.

⒍On condition that the level was used and stored in a proper way, if defects, troubles caused by the manufacturers were found, the factory will be held responsible to repair it free of charge or exchange it within 6months after its delivery from the factory. But the said product must be intact in construction and it should not be damaged in outside appearance.
