同样的“at the beginning”和“in the beginning”有什么区别？其实也很简单哦！

At the end VS In the end

虽然两个词组的意思都是表达最终。

但是最明显的区别就是at the end，后面是可以加一个of的。

英语例句：

① He left us at the end of the trip.

他在旅程的最后，离开了我们。

② You need to take an exam at the end of each lesson.

每节课的最后，你都需要参加考试。

* 你可以说at the end of time某个时间的最后，at the end of the book某本书，某个章节的最后，也可以说at the end of the driveway车道，路的尽头等。

那in the end表达的意思就是finally（最终地），它一般用于修饰整个句子，他后面绝对不能加一个of！绝对不能加！

① In the end, he was asked to clear his desk.

最终，他被要求卷铺盖走人。

② Don’t worry, everything will be okay in the end.

不要担心，最终一切都会变好的。

At the beginning VS In the beginning

同样的道理，at the beginning可以加一个of在它后面，表示某个事情或者某个时间的开始。

英语例句：

① at the beginning of the week/story/movie/game, etc.

在这周/故事/电影/游戏等的开始。

但是当我们说到in the beginning，只能表示最初地，用于修饰整个句子，不能加of。

英语例句：

① Love is sweet in the beginning, but bitter in the end.

爱情开始时是甜的，但最后是苦的。

② In the beginning, I was full of anger!

最开始的时候，我充满了愤怒！
