Chinese eat food with chopsticks. It is rude if you point at someone with your chopsticks. All of them will be helpful to you. It can make you a polite person. Chopsticks, in Chinese called kuai-zi (quick little fellows), were developed about 5,000 years ago in China. People cooked their food in large pots which retained heat well. Food was chopped into small pieces so it could be cooked more rapidly. Inventive eaters then broke twigs off trees to retrieve the food.Because food was chopped in small pieces, this led to the replacement of knives by chopsticks and chopsticks became the sole staple utensils.
