敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家好!我是来自保山市实验小学的邱之瑒，今天我演讲的题目是“我心目中的最美教师”。

自从上学以来，我们遇到了许多优秀的老师。在我心目中，有这样一位好老师，他虽身患残疾，却执着于书法，将一生献给了人民的"教育事业。他，教学有方、循循善诱，将一堂堂枯燥的课上得生动有趣。他，就是我的书法启蒙老师——谯人亮老师。

谯老师今年61岁了，因为曾经患小儿麻痹症，身高只有1米5左右，左脚走起路来一瘸一瘸的。听妈妈说：谯老师年轻时就因为残疾，很多工作都受限制，他为拥有一技之长吃了不少苦，终于在书画方面小有成就。为帮助更多的青少年学习书法，谯老师不畏艰辛办起了培训班，这一办就是30多年。为了出行方便，谯老师还学骑自行车，无数次摔倒又艰难的站起来，无数次伤愈后继续坚持，他硬是凭着坚强的意志学会了骑自行车。在我的记忆中，书法班每周两天的教学，无论刮风还是下雨，谯老师都是早早的从家中出发，蹬着那辆小自行车横穿大半个城区到培训地给我们上课，从未迟到或缺席过。有一次放学正下着雨，妈妈心疼谯老师，想开车送他，可他披上雨衣坚决不让送，还说：“这么多年，我坚持骑单车已经习惯了”。看着谯老师雨中远去的背影，我不禁想到了“自强不息”这四个字。他的这种精神一直激励着我在学习上、生活中一路向前，永不言败。
