体育方面，我准备进行魔鬼训练，每天吃完晚饭就去室外活动，打羽毛球，踢足球等等。晚上在家也要多锻炼，做哑铃操，和仰卧起坐等。早晨我也要早点起床，最好跑跑步，做做操。最好能报一个田径队。
计划是做好了。但是爸爸右边些怀疑的问我：“这计划你能照做吗?”我肯定的回答：“行!一定行!我一定要完成计划!”
