不迁怒，就是正视自己学习中的问题，不要简单地怪父母、怪老师、怪同学、怪外部环境、怪客观因素，要学会正确归因。不贰过，就是要避免犯同样的错误，人难免会犯错误，犯错误并不可怕，可怕的犯同样的错误。不迁怒，不贰过是好学的表现，更是反思的最佳策略。
要做一个会学习的`人，还要有健康的学习方式。
经济学家茅于轼在《中国人的道德前景》一书中批评有些人“用损害良心的办法赚钱，用损害健康的方法花钱”。这句话改造一下，也适用于批评现在学习中的一些不良倾向：用损害良心的办法考试，用损害健康的方法学习。
正因为如此，我们特别需要提倡健康的学习方式。
健康的学习方式应该是真实的、诚信的。
健康的学习方式应该是自然的，不仅有利于身体，而且有利于心灵。
健康的学习方式应该是可持续发展的，不仅有利于现在，而且有利于将来。
健康的学习方式希望每一个同学既能勇敢地面对考试，又能勇敢地超越考试，应该像饭桌上最厉害的食客那样能够“嘴巴里吃一块，筷子上夹一块，眼睛里还盯一块”，如果说嘴巴里吃的一块是“高中”，那么希望每一个同学筷子上夹的一块是“大学”，眼睛里盯的一块是“人的一生”。
