当我们看到自己的学生用自己熟悉的口气在说某一个学生时，我们内心的感受会是怎样?教师，是一个神圣的称呼;师德,不是简单的说教，而是一种精神体现，是一种深厚的知识内涵和文化品位的体现;师德，需要培养，需要教育，更需要的是——每位教师的自我修养!教师需要从小事做起，从自我做起，率先垂范，作出表率,以高尚的人格感染人，以整洁的`仪表影响人，以和蔼的态度对待人，以丰富的学识引导人，以博大的胸怀爱护人。只有这样，才能保证教书育人的实效，学生才会“亲其师，信其道”，进而“乐其道”。
最后我用刘俊萍老师书中的一段话结束今天的演讲：我乐意把整个心灵献给孩子，让学生生活幸福、成长快乐。同时我也在发展着、成长着、快乐着。我愿意用坦诚的爱心培育坦诚的爱心，用智慧启迪智慧，用人格塑造人格，以自己的生命之光与被点燃的火种交相辉映，从而获得生命的意义和辉煌，师生如伴同成长。
