蒋老师对待同学之发生的事总是公正处理，再读三年级的时候，高宇和、刘玉行、吕亮和许多男同学在班上脱别人的裤子，他们趁别人不注意的时候，从后面一下子上去脱裤子。后来当他们脱下我的裤子时，我的脸全变红了，红得像个红苹果，我急忙把裤子提上来，周围的同学都快笑死了，我的心里恨死高宇和他们了。后来老师知道后狠狠的教训了他们了一顿，我心里高兴极了，觉得老师处理事真认真。

蒋老师对待工作也非常负责，我们临近期末考试了，蒋老师认真的辅导我们，给我们听写复习，让我们取得更好的成绩。
