雅思写作：11月2日大作文真题解析 这题在说啥？

先容我吐槽一句，怎么又是静态柱图，上一场就是啊。今年怎么了？BC跟柱图有杀父之仇？

今天考完试微信被轰炸了，我阅览着来自三省六道的奏折，深感民间疾苦。其中一位爱卿所言甚得我心：“圣上，这道题里的每个单词我都认得，放在一起我愣是读不懂呀。”我读罢将奏折掷在了龙案一角，一声叹息：“唉，道出了不知多少百姓的心声。”不扯犊子了，看一看题：

The world of work is changing rapidly and people cannot depend on the same job or same conditions of work for life. Discuss the possible causes for this rapid change and give your suggestions on how people should prepare for work in the future?

译文：工作的环境高速地变化着，而人们也不再能靠着同一份工作或同样的工作条件活一辈子。这是因为啥呢？为此人们在今后将如何为工作而准备呢？

这是一道典型的报告类题目。在Agree or Disagree和Discuss & Give类的题目中，话题必然是观点；而在利弊类和报告类中，话题则是现象。拆解题目：

话题：the changing world of work

关键词：not the same job or same conditions of work for life

写作任务：causes & suggestions

各位大哥大姐们，您再看看我的译文。for life是个固定的短语搭配，汉语意思是“终生”，并不是为了生活、生计。有好几位老铁考完之后自告奋勇地告诉我，这题说的是靠一份工作维持生计太难了。咋的？你还要搞副业呗？下班之后半夜开黑车？周末去网吧兼职网管？你咋不上天呢？气得我一口老血喷出三丈多高。

关于报告的开头段写作，我敢打赌，八成往上的人写出来的是不合格的。背景句我倒是放心的。回答问题(thesis statement)那句话各位都是怎么写的？是不是有人套用了类似的句子？如：

In this essay, I will state some causes and related solutions. （错）

There are some possible reasons behind this phenomenon.（错）

一定记牢，你要用观点回答问题。上面的套句能体现出观点吗？考官读完之后能大概了解你主体段要写的原因可能涉及到什么吗？这样的套句会被考官视为“废话”，更严重的是会折损你的TR(Task Response)分数。你要呈现给考官的是如下方式的回答：

In my opinion, this issue is closely associated with ( ),( ) and ( )，and I will also state some relevant potential measures.（对）

当我们正确理解题目之后再去思考观点，会发现这道题的观点并不难啊。为什么同一份工作没法干到老了？

科技的进步the advance of technology：It is becoming increasingly common that many industries are updated or substituted and that many positions are not needed any more. A typical case in point is that the introduction of artificial intelligence to some industries is taking the positions of workers and leading to the loss of hundres of thousands of jobs. 【四】

又有哪些应对措施呢？

提前的思想，有所远见：People had better realize that nobody can achieve absolute certainty and stability by engaging in the same job. A forward-looking vision for the future enables individuals to make sensible decisions in choosing the right career and get fully prepared for unexpected circumstances.不断学习，自我提升：It is suggested that they improve the capacity of continuous learning, either by self-study or by attending training courses, to acquire new knowledge and grasp new skills.
