The first point of self-criticism is that I have no reasonable management plan.

The second point is that there is no management of each student and himself.

自我检讨的第一点是我没有合理的管理方案。

第二点是没有管理好每一位同学和自己。

管理方案第一点早读课之后，检查每一位同学有没有配带校卡。没带一律记名，超过两次就罚扫地。

第二点上课说小话一律记名，记名后交到老师手上，由老师决定如何惩罚。

第三点排队时说小话、不排好队伍的人，一律按第二点惩罚。

第四点不守纪律的按以上三点。

以上几点是我的管理方案和检讨。
